DO THE PHOTOGRAPHS HAVE A COPYRIGHT?

Yes, all photographs are copyrighted and the exclusive property of Russell Photography & Imagery.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT GROUP HIKING PHOTOGRAPHS.

Copies of any photographs taken on a group hike are available and will be provided free of charge and with no visible watermarks.  They may be used for your personal enjoyment but may not be used or reproduced for any commercial enterprise without the expressed written authorization of Russell Photography & Imagery.

HOW DO I ACQUIRE COPIES OF HIKING PHOTOGRAPHS?

If the photographs were taken on a group hike, please contact Tristan MacDonald at site #290 in Creede.  If unable to reach Tristan, please contact Russell Photography & Imagery. You will need to know the name of the hike and the name(s) of the image(s) you would like to receive.  They will be provided either on a CD or sent via email. In either case, there will be no charge for the images.

HOW DO I ACQUIRE COPIES OF NON-HIKING PHOTOGRAPHS?

Contact Russell Photography & Imagery.  You will be provided information on availability, usage, and cost (if any).
